Our Courses

We are pleased to offer our Regulated First Aid for Mental Health courses, and Mental Health Awareness course online.

With 1 in 4 people in the UK experiencing a mental health challenge each year, there has never been more of a need to ensure your organisation is equipped to support your colleagues.  We believe every organisation should have at least one member of staff with formal First Aid for Mental Health training, in the same way we have a physical first aider.

Whilst we believe that all organisations will benefit from having some colleagues qualified in First Aid for Mental Health, we also believe in the importance of all colleagues within an organisation having some form of mental health awareness training, especially during the current challenges being faced. Therefore, we have launched online training in Mental Health Awareness for organisations from as little as £10 per person - ensuring the course is affordable.
