Mental Health First Aid Course

Our 2 Day Mental Health First Aid course runs throughout the year, in locations throughout the UK. Courses are open to the public and come with a recognised MHFA qualification.

With 1 in 4 people in the UK experiencing a mental health challenge each year, there has never been more of a need to ensure your organisation is equipped to support your colleagues.  We believe every organisation should have at least one member of staff with formal mental health first aid training, in the same way we have a physical first aider.

That's TV Scotland recently broadcast a feature on our Mental Health First Aid Course, and the benefits it can bring to individuals and companies. Please watch the video below, where course leader Scott Newby talks about the purpose and benefits of MHFA.
